When Can You Return an Item?

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • The watch is malfunctioning upon arrival
  • The buyer receives the wrong item

Because we provide detailed photos, descriptions, and videos before purchase, returns for reasons outside these scenarios are generally not accepted.

However, exceptional cases may be considered at our discretion.
If the watch is functioning correctly and matches what was promised, refunds will not be issued.

Return Shipping Costs
